Ages of children: 3 months - 5 years Tinies Childcare is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Early Years Teacher at its established David Lloyd Club in Finchley. This is a full-time permanent role and the salary is between £22K-£26K The Early Years Curriculum Leader will be expected to provide high quality, flexible childcare for families who attend the setting. To be responsible for the implementation of the EYFS within the Nursery whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures at all times. Ensure compliance with the Childcare Act 2006, all Health and Safety legislation, Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, and requirements as stipulated by the Government - DCSF and regulated by OFSTED. Essential Qualifications * Appropriate Degree or QTS * NNEB Diploma, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Childcare and Education Skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Approachable manner with a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues * Able to monitors nursery staff, to ensure the effective service delivery in ine with Company policies, procedures and core values * Experience of leading and supporting staff teams * Fully conversant with Microsoft Office * Auditing skills Experience * At least two years’ experience of working in an early years setting at a senior level * Extensive working knowledge of the EYFS and of statutory requirements. * Significant management experience within the nursery and childcare sector * Knowledge and understanding of the Code of Practice on SEN To apply, please click ‘Apply Now’.
