The position is full-time, with 6 - 7 weeks paid annual holidays. The nursery is rated 'good' by Ofsted, and feeds into the local highly–rated state and private schools. To be considered, you should have a Montessori qualification from a reputable Montessori organisation. Depending on the level of qualification and accreditation, we offer a salary in the range £17000 - 18500 pa, short working hours (8.00 – 15.00), a chance to liaise with top Oxford schools, and continuous professional development. The nursery is a small, warm, welcoming environment for staff, children and parents. We adopt a rigorous approach to safeguarding the welfare of all children in our care.
