10 hour contract Ages of children: 3 - 8 year olds Creche Assistant/ Nursery Nurse needed for a fun and busy creche in Southampton, Hampshire SO15. An exciting and fun job opportunity to work in a large creche in Southampton with children ages 3-8 years old. We are looking for a level 2 qualified childcarers or playworker to join the team to help to care for the children that come to play in the creche. The crèche is very much a play facility and is based around free play. They run a schedule of activities each day and create special events and activities for different occasions and festivals throughout the year. Because of this you will be an outgoing, energetic and proactive person! Some responsibilities will include: - Ensure the children are signed in - Maintain Ratios and follow policies and procedures - Make parents aware of policies and procedures - Supervise Children's play - Be mindful of children's allergies - Create a fun, stimulating and safe environment They are offering 10 hour contracts, to be worked across week days, weekends and school holidays. Salary is between £7.40-£8.15 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Rate of pay: £8.15 hourly gross
