Number of children: 20 An excellent opportunity to manage a 20 place Nursery setting with potential for expansion and development! The setting are looking for a Nursery Manager, Level 3 qualified or above (ideally Level 5, EYP) who will effectively manage and run a 20 per session nursery setting on a day to day basis, supporting and motivating staff in their work/career development and communicate effectively with parents to provide an excellent service to them and their children. The Manager will need to manage recruitment, staff CPD/performance, staff rotas, monthly staff training, monthly staff meetings, capacity, fees, setting planning, safeguarding, health and safety, family viewings, child registrations, self-evaluations, children’s needs and take full charge of the setting in general. You will need to be extremely organised and responsive, and pay attention to detail ensuring the setting is compliant with Ofsted and statutory/regulatory requirements and standards at all times. Suitable candidate will be qualified and with a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with young children and with previous senior or management experience This is a great opportunity for someone looking for that step up! This is a full time role, 40 hours a week. Salary £19,000 - £22,0000 gpa dependent on level of qualification and experience.
