You will be caring for children aged 2 - 5 years and will be a Key Person for a number of children, you need to be highly organised and pay attention to detail in your child development records. You will need to communicate with parents effectively on a daily basis to provide an excellent service to them and their children. As a team, you will plan a range of play, learning opportunities and activities to encourage the children's learning and development and you will be passionate about play and planned activities, interacting with the children and following all EYFS guidelines and the Nursery's own policies and procedures.
