The ideal candidate will be energetic, with significant experience of working as part of a team in an outstanding nursery. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a leadership team for a thriving nursery in Bushey. The nursery has requested the following qualifications, experience and training: Ideally NVQ3 with substantial experience High levels of numeracy and literacy 2 years' post-qualification experience with proven success and 1 years’ relevant supervisory experience Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines Proactive and innovative approach to challenges and ideas, plus strong problem solving capabilities To possess a flexible, energetic and adaptable approach.
