As Third in Charge your day-to-day tasks would include: Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard. Provided day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required. Be involved in the recruitment of staff, including but not limited to, shortlisting, interviewing and observing safer recruitment practices. Assist in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required To fulfil the role of a key-person to an exemplary standard, providing a positive role model for team members. The ideal candidate will have: * Level 3 or above Childcare/Early Years qualification * Excellent knowledge of the EYFS * Full understanding of Ofsted inspection and policies * Experience in team management * Be able to implement health and safety requirements * Safeguarding training is preferable * Paediatric first aid is preferable All applicants must be willing to undergo a full DBS check Interviewing now!
