Term Time with Optional holiday clubs Employee with own children acceptable Ages of children: 4 - 14 years of age This company is looking for a dynamic professional to manage the day-to-day running of a Breakfast/after school and holiday club. Must have a minimum of level 3 in Playwork or Early Years, with experience in managing teams and a track record of providing quality childcare. The role requires good people, organisational and Administrative skills. Purpose of the job, -To run of the Out-of-School Club. -To work closely with, lead and supervise the other Out-of-School Club staff. -To ensure that the social, emotional welfare and educational needs of the children are meet. MAIN DUTIES -To set a routine and make sure it is followed, along with the clubs policies and procedures. -To be responsible for the planning of activities for the After-School and Holiday Club. -To carry out administration during weekly office time, including internet food shopping. -To hold meetings and attend all staff meetings. -To greet all parents, pass on any messages to management and ensure lines of communication stay strong. -To make you available for parents to talk to and oversee new children’s settling in period, reassuring new parents where necessary. -To initiate new ideas in accordance with best practice. -To monitor and evaluate all changes, including regular club observations. -To collate monthly attendance figures for billing purposes Salary is £11 - £15 per hour GROSS dependent on experience.
