You would be running the pre-school, which is registered fro 28 children, aged from 2-4 years, and managing 6 members of staff. Salary ranging up to £19,000 per annum. Your duties in the role include: - Managing 6 key workers - Leading the staff in a provision of balanced and varied curriculum - Observations and keeping assessment records up to date - Maintain high professional standards and model best practice for the staff in your interaction with families, children and colleagues. Requirements for the role: - A minimum of your level 3 in childcare - Experience of leading a nursery room - An excellent understanding of the EYFS - Experience of planning appropriate and engaging activities for the children - Good written and verbal skills You will be given extensive inductions and continued support from the nursery owner and manager.
