Ages of children: 3 months-5 years Tinies Childcare is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager at its established David Lloyd Club in Finchley. This is a full-time permanent role and the salary bracket is from £30K. Role Purpose/Key Objectives * Daily management of the setting in accordance with the requirements of company policy, OFSTED and any other Regulatory Body. * To be familiar with, and act according to, Child Protection guidelines as set down by the local Safeguarding Board or Social Servic * Deliver and uphold the Tinies Vision and Mission on an ongoing basis * Provide leadership and day-to-day management for all staff. * Recruitment, management, training and discipline of all staff. * Responsibility for all health and safety issues ensuring that the Health and Safety Policy is complied with at all times. To escalate any health and safety issues to the relevant Health and Safety Manager and your Operations Manager. * Monitor the day to day financial operations within the setting to meet occupancy and financial objectives. * Ensure the safety, security and well-being of all children attending the setting. Essential Skills/Experiece/Qualifications * NNEB, NVQ3, BTEC or other Level 3 appropriate qualification * A minimum of Five years post qualifying experience with children * A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload To apply, please click ‘Apply Now’.
