Ages of children: 0-5 Tinies @ Melandra, based within Hattersley Children Centre, are looking for an enthusiastic Room Leader to join our lively and energetic team. Candidates must be able to work under pressure and have a good knowledge of the revised EYFS. The role will involve managing a small team with in your room, general care and support of children, support with snacks and meal times, nappy changing if based in certain rooms, and adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure safe and secure environment is created for the children. The successful candidates must: Be reliable, motivated and able to work unsupervised Keen to learn new skills Have previous experience of working in a nursery setting Previous room leader experience is desirable. Be able to manage own work load and support a small team in the delivery of best practice. Candidates will be committed to safeguarding and will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
