A Nursery in Bournemourth BH11 are looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team on on fixed term contact, from 4 months, up until September 2016. Deputy Manager will be leading the provision in the room, providing leadership and model good practice as well as supporting the Nursery Manager in the day to day running of the setting. In the absence of the Nursery Manager, you will be expected to step up, overseeing this role. Suitable candidate must have a Level 3 or above in childcare, with good strong knowledge the EYFS, safeguarding young children and early years learning and child development. Must have previous experience of working in a Nursery setting at a senior level.
