Ages of children: 1-2 years An established and high quality Day Nursery in Farnham are looking for a baby Room Leader to join their team and lead a team. As Room Leader you will be based in the 1-2 year old room and with your staff team provide a happy and stimulating environment for the children in your care that reflects their needs and stages of development. The Nursery are looking for a fun and passionate Room Leader to join them and work with their under 2 year olds. You will need to be able to lead and motivate as team and have great EYFS knowledge to train your team. The setting are looking for a Room Leader with great communication skills and that can build great relationships with the children's families. You also need to have a good understanding of child development and be able to plan fun and interesting activities that aid the children's all around development and that they want to engage in. You will need to be able to follow the children's individual routines and be able to care for the children to a high standard. You need to hold a minimum of a level 3 qualification and have experience working with under 2 year olds in a day nursery setting.
