Nursery in Canford Heath, Poole, BH17 are looking for a qualified practitoner to join their team and work in the Baby Room. You will be responsible for meeting the babies individual needs and follow their own routines as well as work with their families. You will be a key worker supporting the children's all around development. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team and provide a safe environment for the children with exciting and stimulating areas for them to explore and discover. You need great EYFS knowledge and a good understanding of child development as well as a can do attitude and good communication skills. This is a full time role, 38.5 hours a week.
