The nursery is one of a small chain of family run day nurseries in the Bristol area. The successful candidate will work in partnership with parents/carers and other professionals to ensure that children reach their full potential in line with the EYFS. You will need to have recent proven experience of leadership and basic management and administrative skills, able to communicate effectively to parents, colleagues, management and external agencies as required and work closely with the nursery Manager. . You will also need excellent role model skills to inspire and ensure that staff can deliver outstanding quality care and education for children from 0 to 5 years of age.
