Ages of children: 2-3 years Do you have senior experience in a day nursery and hold a level 3 or above childcare qualification? Are you able to lead and motivate a team and share your passion for high quality childcare with others? If so we need you! We are working with a lovely nursery in Farnham who are looking for a team leader to over see the running of the 2-3 year unit. You will have room leaders who will report to you and you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of care and education of the children. This is a full time role working 45 hours Monday -Friday with a salary of around £20 000 per annum. You need a minimum of a level 3 childcare qualification and experience working in a day care setting in a senior role. You will work with the children, build relationships with their families and support your staff team in doing this. You will be part of the management team and support the manager and deputy in their roles. The nursery are looking for some one with great EYFS knowledge, a good understanding of Ofsted requirements and a sound understanding of child development as well as a real passion and flare for working with children.
