We are looking for an experienced Level 3 or above childcare practitioner to work as a Deputy Manager in a Kids Club in Poole, Dorset.The setting are looking for a Deputy Manager that will support the Manager in leading the setting and creche, to support and lead the staff, support with office admin and potentially step up to a Managers role as and when required. You will be working with school age children and this is a position all year around. The core hours are 7.30am-9am and 3pm-6pm (27 hours per week) and a minimum of 40 hours a week in school holidays. There are additional hours available in various creches ran throughout the month which will increase hours on average by 20 hours per month. You will plan fun activities for the children to enjoy as well as work with parents to meet the needs of the children. Suitable candidates will have previous Nursery experience and have held a senior role, this is a great position for a Room Leader looking for progression. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
