The ideal candidate will be very experienced working in the Pre-School setting with this age group, be creative in their planning, have a good knowledge of how to connect indoor and outdoor learning opportunities for the children and be able to take the curriculum outside as much as possible. The potential candidate will have worked/be working in a free flow indoor/outdoor play setting possibly with Forest Schools, have a big interest in outdoor play and learning and will come full of wonderful ideas to implement. This is ideally a Part Time position with flexible working hours. You will need to be Fully Qualified, have extensive experience working in a Pre-School indoor/outdoor environment, confident in your own practice and able to work really well as a part of a team. If you have an interest in Reggio Emilia or Forest School that is an advantage! A high salary is on offer for the right person!
