Ages of children: 0-2 years An established Day nursery with exciting career prospects are looking for a Baby Room leader to join their team and lead practice in the nursery. The nursery are looking for an experienced practitioner who has great EYFS knowledge and a great understanding of child development. You will also need to have great communication skills and be able to build relationships with your staff team, children and families using the setting. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment which reflects the needs of the children and supports their all around development and their interests as well as keep them safe and secure. You will be responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures are followed by yourself and the staff team as well as all of the children's learning journal's are kept up to date. Your role will be part of the management team and you will be supporting the manager and owner of the nursery. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8am-6pm with a possible half day off a week.
