You will be working in this 80 place setting working with ages 0-5 years. This is a Reggio Emilia setting with a well established forest school. Salary ranges from £15,000 - £18,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities include: - Using the EYFS and following policies and procedures - Communicating with carers and parents - Planning projects and activities with children - Working with your key children, completing their next steps and learning journals - Taking an active role within the company's Training School events for external professionals Essential criteria: - Great passion for child development and a good working knowledge of the EYFS - A minimum of your level 2 in childcare - Excellent communication skills - Willingness/desire to learn about the Reggio Emilia approach - Minimum of two years experience About the setting: It is a Reggio Emilia inspired nursery and farm school including artists, art studios and wonderful outdoor facilities.
