Ages of children: 0-5 Number of children: 99 We are currently currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioners in a nursery in Hillington. The position is to work in the 3-5 room. It is essential that the successful candidate has experience of working with these age groups and enjoys the challenge of working with an established staff team. We require a skilled communicator to support the children, staff and parents as well as other professionals, any external agencies and any other visitors to our nursery.You should also be organised, enthusiastic and motivational and a person who can plan an appropriate learning environment. The Early Years Practitioner is expected to work with all staff involved in the nursery and keep informed of early years legislation, national and local guidelines as well as current practices. Applicants are invited who are qualified to HNC or SVQ Level 3 in Early Years. You must also have some knowledge of the Building the Ambition framework. You will be required to work 30 hours per week over a shift pattern from 7.30am to 6pm In line with professional expectations all staff must hold a current PVG Scheme Certificate. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
