Ages of children: 0-2 year olds Do you have experience working with 0-2 year old children? Do you hold a level 3 or above childcare qualification? Are you looking for a senior role in a nursery? We are working with a small and friendly day nursery in Fleet GU51 who are looking for a fun and friendly baby room leader who understands how to care for the youngest children in the nursery to a high standard. You will be required to lead and motivate a small team of nursery practitioners and build great relationships with the babies' families to ensure you meet their needs and follow their own routines. This a full time role where team work is a must and as baby room leader you will become part of the management team. You do need to have a good understanding and experience of sterilising equipment and making bottles as well as be able to support children and families through the weaning process. You will also be responsible for keeping the environment clean and tidy as well as it refelcting the children's needs.
