Ages of children: 2-5 year olds We are looking for energetic friendly individuals for our Pre-School in Edmonton. You will hold the relevant certificates: - A child care qualification – NVQ Level 2&3 / Cache Level 3 Diploma / NNEB / BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies All staff are vetted and undergo an enhanced DBS check (formerly CRB) Our Staff will be encouraged and supported in continuing their personal development to enable them to support the children in a positive and caring manner. You'll find our staff open and friendly and always willing to discuss the needs and development of your child, whilst also providing helpful advice on many aspects of your child's education going forward. We will operate a Keyworker system, whereby each child will be allocated a member of staff to support their individual needs. Main Duties of Keyworkers: Support children with the settling in process Close monitoring of child’s educational progress Engage in Parent Partnership working Observation & planning to meet each child’s individual needs.
