The nursery are looking for a fully qualified practitioner to join their team and work as a key person to a group of children. The nursery are looking for a fun practitioner who can plan and organise activities around the children's own interests and developmental level. The nursery are looking for a practitioner who can think on their feet and can scaffold the children's learning whilst playing with them as well as plan activities outside as well as inside. You need great communication skills and be able to build relationships with children and their families and be able to meet the children in your cares individual need. You need a level 3 or above qualification with over 2 years post qualifying experience and great EYFS and child development knowledge.
