Ages of children: 0-5 years Number of children: 21 A small, family run Nursery in Chichester are currently looking for a Room Leader for their Pre-School Room. They are keen to hear from experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Practitioners who are looking for a new challenge! You will need to hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years and Childcare Qualification, have experience of working in an Early Years Setting and have a secure working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will be working in partnership with the Nursery Owner and Manager to ensure the daily running of the 21 place pre-school, delivering flexible, high quality, education and care that meets the needs of the young children and their families. This post would suit Practitioners who are already in Room Leader positions looking for a change, or those who are interested in taking the next step on the progression ladder. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 6:00pm, 52 weeks per year. Staff are entitled to the statutory holiday allowance of 5.6 weeks, to include Bank Holidays and a compulsory two week Christmas shut down. The company also offers a holiday loyalty scheme and all staff receive an additional holiday day for their birthday (or the nearest working day). The starting salary is £17,500 per annum but is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
