Termtime Only Ages of children: 18months - 5yrs A fabulous opportunity has come up to work as part of a close knit team in an Oftsed 'Outstanding' bespoke nursery in Beaconsfield. The nursery is run from a private house in Beaconsfield Buckinghamshire and only takes 12 children in the nursery. The staff and children enjoy being in a real home from home environment. They have a high staff to child ratio - 12 children to 4 staff and focus on following the children’s interests and planning around them every day. The team work closely together so it is imperative a new addition enjoys being part of a small team and has a 'muck in' attitude. The Nursery is open 8.30am to 3pm term time only (37weeks of the year) and caters for children aged 18months up to 5yrs. The role would suit an enthusiastic and energetic person who is passionate about delivering high quality childcare. The successful candidate does not have to be fully qualified as they can be supported in gaining Level 3 and other training is offered to ensure all staff are kept up to date and knowledgeable. You will be need to be comfortable working with all age groups. The position is to start ASAP and the salary is between 7-9ph depending on experience and qualifications.
