This setting, which is based in a family home is well established, having been open for over 25 years and managed by the same owner for the duration. Sunshine offers a variety of sessional and full day options to families and opens from 8am until 6pm.This role would be working with pre-school age group and the position would be to start in the new year (2016). They're seeking Level 3 practitioners who have 2 years plus of practical, hands on experience. The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate they can work both independently and as part of a small team, that they can lead a key-group of children and can follow instructions. They will be able to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues and management, and have an excellent working knowledge of the EYFS. It is desirable that they have experience of working with under 2’s and have a paediatric first aid qualification.
