You will be dedicated to the children in your care, always looking to create an environment that promotes their development and wellbeing. You will implement EYFS in your activities and be responsible for following up through observations and completing your administrative duties. You will be constantly looking for ways in which the setting could be improved and stimulated, making a thriving environment dedicated to improving standards. You will be working closely with the management team and ensure that staff under your care are following procedures at all times. You will ensure that their skills and development are maintained.
