Ages of children: 2-3 years We are working with an lovely Nursery in Basingstoke who are looking for a level 3 or above practitioner to join their senior team. The nursery are looking for a motivated and fun practitoner who has great knowledge of the EYFS and child development to motivate and lead a staff team in the 2-3 years old room as Room Manager. You need a minimum of a level 3 qualification and 2 years post qualificating experience. You also need to have great communication skills and understand how to provide high quality care and education to the children in your care. You will work as part of the senior team to support the nursery staff and ensure your team follow the companys policys and procedures as well as ensure the environment is safe and stimulating for the children. You need to have good organisational skills and be able to work as part of a team.
