Ages of children: 0-5yrs We are currently working with a small chain of Nurseries who have opened a brand new setting in Radlett. The nursery are seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic, forward thinking Nursery Deputy to join a new team and develop the nursery from its early days. The successful candidate will deputise for the Manager in her absence and support her to lead, develop and take the nursery forward to the next level. You will share good practice with colleagues, display exemplary behaviour and act as a role model to junior staff. Previous management experience essential. The nursery are looking for a person who will be committed, organised, flexible and have excellent front of house skills, strong people management and leadership skills to motivate a small team. You will have a thorough knowledge of the Early years Foundation Stage and will be included in policy writing, contributing to the nursery SEF and the marketing and financial operations of the nursery.
