A Montessori Nursery & Preschool set in a historic refurbished listed building in the heart of Frimley, Surrey requires a Deputy Manager start ASAP. The nursery have a well equipped setting providing full day care including sessional care and have achieved an'OUTSTANDING' for the children's well being in their recent OFSTED inspection report. The ideal candidate Must be qualified/level 3 NVQ and ideally hold a Montessori qualification, however this is not essential but you must be committed to the Montessori approach and knowledgeable about EYFS. Candidates need to be enthusiastic, creative, committed, love the outdoors and be keen to join a growing setting. The successful candidate apart from being able to lead and manage a team will be responsible for a group of key children be responsible for completing observations, planning and learning journeys needs an understanding of the EYFS, and needs to be confident within the team, including parents', carers and other working professionals. Salary is up to £22 000per annum and reflect qualifications, experience.
