Main Duties: The Senior Room Manager has a duty of care for all children placed in their care and overall management within the room and will also lead the staff team. The Senior Room Manager will also act as a Key Person for a designated group of children. The Senior Room Manager will also be required to step up to the Second in Charge role in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager within the facility on a daily and more long term basis as and when required.
