As the 3 year old and 4 year old are autistic, the nanny ideally has experience of autism, however, if not, she must be willing to be trained (provided for by the family). Although there is a lot of children to deal with, the children are warm, affectionate and well behaved and know how to pull together as a team. The nanny's main role will be getting the children to bed, possibly preparing dinners, but there will be minimal household chores due to the short evenings. Mum is looking for someone who is loving, someone who her children will 'take to' and someone who can be part of the team. The higher salary reflects the amount of children you will be responsible for.
