Start date: 08/08/2016 Number of children: 3 A lovely French family living in the EH10 area of Edinburgh are looking for a nanny who will enjoy working with boys of very different ages ( 8, 11 years and 4 months ) who will be able to adapt to their different needs. During a typical day the nanny will be required to: - look after the baby during the day: to play (lots of talking, singing, physical activities necessary for a baby to open up to the world), take him for walks, playgoups, prepare his meals. - be there for 11 year old when he comes back from high school: to give him a snack, talk about his day at school and if he needs help with homework - help with housework (mostly centred around the children): keep kitchen tidy, ask the children to tidy their bedroom (not easy!!!), some ironing when the baby sleeps. - pick up 9 year old boy at school 3.20 or later if he has an afterschool club, give him a snack, help with homework, talk about his day at school. The family are bilingual and a French speaking nanny or someone with experience of bilingual children would be a bonus but not a necessity. HOURS are Tuesday 9am-5.30pm, Wednesday 9am-1pm, Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Friday 9-5.30pm SALARY £10 gross per hour.
