Qualifications preferred Start date: 01/08/2016 Number of children: 2 We are looking for a happy, fun,confident Nanny, who is reliable,flexible and able to take over when the current (French)Nanny leaves in July. This really is an exciting job and the Nanny must have experience in caring for babies and young children,weaning, providing stimulating play based learning activities and undertaking the Nursery duties. The position is to look after 2 little boys: 2-years and 4-months both parents are working full-time – part away/part from offices at home. Role will include both sole-charge of children and working alongside Mum/Dad. While the priority is looking after the boys – following their routine, planning activities, playing (lots of outdoor time) and cooking for them – other areas of responsibility include laundry and some general housework. A cleaner is employed and the family also have an Au-Pair who interacts well with the children and helps with other duties. A love of animals and rural life is essential! Travel with family on holidays – approx. 6 – 7 weeks a year. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, proactive, with lots of enthusiasm and energy! The family enjoy hunting and have horses.The Nanny would need to be able to fit in with this community. Requirements – Experience working with small children is essential Clean driving license Confident cook Flexibility Non-smoker Paediatric First Aid. Fluent in French would be ideal but not essential – previous nanny spoke to the boys in French – 2 year old is bilingual Separate Accommodation available – a new apartment - own room/bathroom, living room and kitchen. TV and WiFi included. Excellent salary for the right person in the region of £10.00per hour Gross Typical Hours: 40 hour week with a degree of flexibility. Present Nanny has been with the family for over 2 years and highly recommends the position.
