A big must is that the nanny will have a warm, personable and caring nature/ personality. The family are also looking for a nanny that is qualified, experienced and organised who is active and patient with a good sense of humour. The nanny must be fluent in English and be good at engaging reading and writing with the youngest child especially. An understanding of a well balance diet is also very important. A non smoker and a driver is is preferred but not essential. Nanny must be willing to register with Ofsted or be registered already. The family live just 7minutes from Richmond train station. The family are looking for a nanny who can commit longterm.
