Qualifications preferred Start date: 01/08/2016 Number of children: 3 A family in a lovely village near Beverley require a permanent sole charge daily nanny to provide full-time care for their 3 children, all under the age of 4 years. The family are seeking a professional and experienced nanny to work an average of 35 hours per week on a shared rota basis, covering 3 or 4 days per week, and including covering every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Additional babysitting will also be available. The nanny will be responsible for all the sole charge care of the children including all nursery duties and routines, planning and organising fun and developmental activities, accompanying to groups/activities, and supporting with child related household duties. The position may also present opportunities for travel with the family on holidays/breaks. Candidates should have age appropriate childcare experience, including as a nanny, and be confident, well presented, flexible, and organised. They should have a warm and caring approach to caring for children, and be able to support the family, helping to deliver rewarding experiences that will enrich the children. The nanny will also need to be a good ‘team player’ who is able to adapt to working in a shared care environment with other staff and as part of a team with the family. The family have dogs and therefore we are seeking a candidate who is comfortable around dogs and countryside pursuits. A car will be available for duty use and attractive salary for the right candidate.
